Effective August 31, 2026
Straightforward terms for the EDITHUBS platform
These Terms describe the rights and responsibilities that apply to the current EDITHUBS service.
1. Acceptance of the Terms
These Terms govern access to and use of edithubs.com and the PDF, image, account, business, and related services offered under the EDITHUBS name. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.
2. Service description
EDITHUBS provides online tools for working with PDFs, images, documents, and related content. Features, formats, limits, availability, and processing methods may change as the service develops.
3. Eligibility
You must be legally capable of agreeing to these Terms. Users under 13 should use EDITHUBS only with the involvement and permission of a parent, guardian, school, or other responsible adult where required.
4. Free use
Many EDITHUBS tools can be used without creating an account. Free access may be subject to reasonable technical, file-size, frequency, feature, or fair-use limits.
5. Accounts
Some EDITHUBS services require an account. Users must provide accurate information, protect their credentials, and remain responsible for activity performed through their account.
6. Third-party sign-in
EDITHUBS supports its available account authentication methods, including email-based authentication and Google sign-in where displayed on the live service. Third-party authentication providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices.
7. Your files and content
You retain rights you hold in submitted files. You grant EDITHUBS a limited, temporary right to host, copy, transmit, and process content only as necessary to provide the requested service, maintain security, comply with law, and resolve technical incidents.
8. Responsibility for content
You are responsible for having the legal right to upload and process submitted content. EDITHUBS does not acquire ownership of user files merely because they are processed through the service.
9. File retention
Uploaded and processed files are retained temporarily and are automatically removed when their two-hour retention period expires. Temporary processing files may be removed sooner.
10. Acceptable use
You must not use EDITHUBS to violate law, infringe copyright or privacy, upload malware, process unlawful or exploitative material, attack systems, bypass limits, scrape without permission, impersonate others, commit fraud, or attempt unauthorized access.
11. Intellectual property
The EDITHUBS name, logo, interface, software, original text, graphics, and platform materials are owned by or licensed to EDITHUBS and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
12. Feedback
If you voluntarily provide suggestions or feedback, EDITHUBS may use them to improve the service without creating an obligation to compensate you, while respecting any personal information contained in the communication.
13. Current service access
The PDF and image tools currently available through EDITHUBS are provided without requiring a paid subscription or payment method.
14. Service availability
EDITHUBS is operated with a focus on reliability, availability, and security. Service availability may occasionally be affected by maintenance, updates, capacity requirements, or technical events.
15. Changes to the service
Features may be added, changed, restricted, suspended, or discontinued for technical, security, legal, or operational reasons. Reasonable notice may be provided when a material change significantly affects the service.
16. Third-party services
EDITHUBS may rely on third-party providers for functions such as hosting, authentication, communications, analytics where deployed, and security. Third-party services outside EDITHUBS control are governed by their own terms and policies.
17. Service responsibilities
EDITHUBS provides automated file-processing services and works to produce accurate, usable results. Processing outcomes can depend on the source file, format, structure, fonts, images, and other technical characteristics. Users are encouraged to keep original files and review important output before relying on it.
18. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EDITHUBS will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive losses, or loss of profits, data, goodwill, or opportunity. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
19. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, users are responsible for claims, losses, or reasonable costs resulting from unlawful use, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person’s rights.
20. Suspension and termination
EDITHUBS may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address abuse, security threats, legal requirements, repeated violations, or risks to users or the platform.
21. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, subject to any mandatory consumer protections or other rights that may apply under applicable law.
22. Electronic communications
Notices, agreements, disclosures, and other communications may be delivered electronically through the website, account interface, or email where legally permitted.
23. Changes to the Terms
These Terms may be updated when features, pricing, risks, legal requirements, or business practices change. The effective date will be updated and material changes may be communicated appropriately.
Keeping these Terms current
These Terms are reviewed when material changes to file retention, authentication, payments, account features, service operation, or ownership affect users.
