Effective September 2, 2026
Privacy built around clear data practices
This Policy explains how EDITHUBS handles personal information, uploaded files, account data, browser technologies, and service communications.
1. Scope of this Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how EDITHUBS handles personal information when you visit edithubs.com, use PDF and image tools, create an account, contact us, or use related services.
2. Information you provide
We may receive information you provide directly, including your name, email address, account credentials, support requests, feedback, and information included in communications.
3. Files you upload
EDITHUBS processes PDFs, images, documents, and related files to perform the operation selected by the user. Uploaded content is not intended to be sold, used for advertising, or used for unrelated profiling.
4. File deletion
Uploaded and processed files are retained temporarily and are automatically removed when their two-hour retention period expires. Temporary processing files may be removed sooner.
5. Optional accounts
Many EDITHUBS tools can be used without an account. Account features are available for services that require sign-in, such as profile, security, session, and other account-related functionality.
6. Authentication
EDITHUBS supports the authentication methods displayed on the website, including email-based access and supported third-party sign-in options. Third-party authentication providers process authentication information according to their own terms and privacy policies.
7. Information collected automatically
Technical information may include IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, approximate location derived from IP address, referral source, pages viewed, tool usage, timestamps, errors, and security events.
8. How information is used
Information may be used to provide requested tools, operate accounts, authenticate users, respond to support, maintain security, prevent abuse, troubleshoot errors, improve features, measure performance, and comply with legal obligations.
9. Analytics
EDITHUBS may use technical and operational information to understand service performance, diagnose errors, protect the platform, and improve functionality. Any non-essential analytics technology will be disclosed and handled according to applicable consent requirements before it is used.
10. Cookies and similar technologies
Essential technologies support functions such as security, authentication, sessions, service operation, and user preferences. EDITHUBS also includes Google AdSense code for advertising services. When Google advertising services operate, Google and other advertising partners may use cookies or similar technologies for ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention, and, where permitted, advertising personalization. Consent or other privacy-choice controls are provided where required by applicable law.
11. Current service access
EDITHUBS currently provides its available PDF and image tools without requiring a paid subscription or payment information.
12. Service communications
EDITHUBS may send essential account, security, support, transaction, and policy messages. These communications are necessary for operating the relevant service.
13. Optional newsletter
EDITHUBS does not require users to subscribe to marketing communications in order to use the available tools. If optional communications are offered, users can choose whether to receive them and can withdraw that choice where applicable.
14. Sharing of information
EDITHUBS does not sell personal information for money. Information may be shared with service providers that support the operation of EDITHUBS, such as hosting, authentication, security, communications, analytics where deployed, customer support, and advertising technology providers when advertising services are used. Third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies or similar technologies to serve and measure ads. Some advertising-related disclosures may be treated as a sale or sharing under certain US state privacy laws, in which case applicable users may exercise the privacy choices made available to them.
15. Data retention
Account data may be retained while an account is active and for a reasonable period afterward where required for security, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or record keeping. Support messages and technical logs may be retained for limited operational periods.
16. Security
EDITHUBS uses technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect account information, uploaded files, service activity, and supporting systems. Security measures are reviewed as the service and infrastructure evolve.
17. Your choices and requests
Subject to identity verification and applicable law, users may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information connected to their account. Users may also manage cookies and consent choices, exercise applicable advertising opt-out rights, unsubscribe from optional marketing, or request account closure where available. Google may use advertising cookies to enable Google and its partners to serve ads based on visits to EDITHUBS and other sites. Users can manage personalized advertising choices through Google Ads Settings and through privacy controls presented on EDITHUBS where applicable.
18. Children
EDITHUBS is a general-purpose productivity service and is not directed specifically to children under 13. A child under 13 should use the service only with the involvement and permission of a parent, guardian, school, or other responsible adult where required.
19. International users
EDITHUBS is operated from Pakistan. Service providers may process information in other countries where necessary to provide infrastructure, authentication, communications, security, or related services. Appropriate safeguards are applied where required by applicable law.
20. Legal requests and protection
Information may be preserved or disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, respond to valid legal process, investigate abuse, enforce terms, protect rights, or address a security emergency.
21. Changes to this Policy
This Policy may be updated when technology, features, providers, business practices, or legal requirements change. The effective date will be updated and material changes may be highlighted.
Keeping your privacy information current
This Policy is updated when material changes to file retention, authentication, analytics, cookies, payments, infrastructure, account features, or ownership affect how personal information is handled.
